The hotel has 73 bedrooms, having built a 37 bedroom extension in late 2009. These new rooms are all junior suites are spacious and comfortable and are decorated in keeping with the rest of the hotel.
The hotel has a limited number of original house suites which tastefully mix the traditional Victorian decor, giant bay windows and high ceilings with modern furnishings and technology.
The restaurant is open 7 days for breakfast, lunch & dinner. Bookings are advisable.

Norwood Hall does not currently have any leisure facilities on site.
The original house has the following conference facilities -
Pitfodels Suite - the ballroom caters for up to 350 and is self-contained with it's own bar, foyer and entrance.
Meeting rooms - 2 quiet meeting rooms on the lower ground floor overlooking the greenery at the rear of the hotel, catering for up to 30.
Inchgarth - on the corner of the original house, overlooking the gardens with a traditional fireplace and striking chandelier - ideal for private dining for up to 25.
The hotel also opened a state of the art conference centre in late 2010, which has 7 rooms catering for 5 - 200 delegates.
The hotel can cater for up to 200 for private dinners.
